Our Project Management Fundamentals for IT Professionals webinar offers an overview of each of the modules in IIL’s Project Management Fundamentals course. While studying the traditional major process areas of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing Projects, an emphasis is continually placed on the IT Project environment and its current issues, directions, and trends. A selection of slides from most modules will show you which knowledge areas (such as Risk and Communications), skills, and techniques are emphasized in the course. You will also receive an introduction to the extensive exercises offered in the class.
