About This Webinar
Our Project Management Fundamentals webinar offers an overview of each of the modules in IIL’s Project Management Fundamentals course. The topics span the major process areas of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing Projects. A selection of slides from most modules will show you which knowledge areas (such as Risk and Communications), skills, and techniques are emphasized in the course. You will also receive an introduction to the extensive exercises offered in the class.
