About This Webinar
The goal of this webinar is to introduce you to a model for managing multiple projects and take the first step in developing the multi-project list.

The multi-project environment encompasses many areas such as:

- Areas that exclusively work small, maintenance, and enhancement projects
- Areas that work both these and larger projects
- Areas that work several larger projects
- Areas in which projects share resources or have projects that are logically related to one another (programs)
